Patient Referral Program

We want to Thank You for your loyalty to our practice! By referring new patients to our office, you are entrusting your family and friends to our care. We would like to thank you for sharing that confidence in our dental practice. We will give you a $100 referral credit on your account for each ADULT you refer to our office.

In addition, we will give your friend or family member, the New Patient, a $100 credit on their account as well.  As a new patient, please put the name of your referral in the “referred by” section of out registration paperwork. After your new patient exam, you and your family/friend will receive credit for the referral. There is no limit to the number of referral credits you can earn!
